Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

I, a visitor of the website https://rescales.ai(hereinafter the «Website»), by filling out the feedback form or otherwise submitting my personal data through the Website, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» dated 27.07.2006, freely, of my own will, and in my own interest, give my consent to the Individual Entrepreneur Ivan Sergeevich Mironov (TIN 613303468710, OGRNIP 323265100106282, address: Russia, Sochi; hereinafter the «Operator») to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below.

1. List of Personal Data to the Processing of Which Consent Is Given

surname, first name, patronymic;
contact phone number;
email address;
name of the organization and position (if provided);
content of the inquiry, text of the comment, description of the task;
technical data transmitted automatically: IP address, type and version of the browser, type of device, operating system, information about visited pages of the Website, referral sources, identifiers of cookies and user sessions.

2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

consideration of my inquiry and contacting me using the specified contact data;
provision of consultations, answers to questions, and offers of the Operator's services;
preparation and conclusion of contracts for the provision of services, performance of contractual obligations;
sending of informational and advertising materials (subject to my separate consent, executed in accordance with the Consent to Receive Advertising Messages at https://rescales.ai/marketing-consent);
analytics and improvement of the Website's operation;
compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

3. List of Actions with Personal Data to Which Consent Is Given

Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access) to authorized third parties, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.

With the use of automation tools and without such tools.

5. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

I give my consent to the transfer of my personal data to the following categories of the Operator's partner-processors to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of processing:

the amoCRM CRM system — for recording inquiries and managing work with clients;
the hosting provider TIMEWEB — for technical support of the Website's operation;
the online consultant widget provider Twin — for processing inquiries through the widget;
the web analytics systems Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics — for analyzing the use of the Website;
call tracking and end-to-end analytics systems (when connected);
advertising systems and pixels of social networks and search engines (Yandex Direct, VK Advertising, and others when connected) — for the purposes of targeting and analyzing the effectiveness of advertising.

6. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

I am notified that some of the processor services (in particular, Google Analytics, Google servers, foreign advertising systems when connected) are located outside the Russian Federation, and I give my consent to the cross-border transfer of my personal data to the extent necessary for the functioning of the specified services.

7. Validity Period of the Consent

This consent is valid from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn.

The consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a written request to the Operator's email address: rescales.ai@gmail.com. In the event of withdrawal of consent, the Operator shall cease processing my personal data and ensure its destruction within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal, except in cases where processing must be continued by virtue of the requirements of the legislation.

8. Confirmation of Acquaintance

I confirm that:

I have familiarized myself with the Personal Data Processing Policy located at https://rescales.ai/privacy;
I have familiarized myself with my rights as a personal data subject, including the right to withdraw consent, access my data, demand its clarification or deletion, as well as the right to appeal the actions of the Operator to Roskomnadzor or in court;
I understand that the processing of my personal data is carried out for the purposes listed in Section 2 of this Consent.
