Consent to Receive Advertising Messages
I, a visitor of the website https://rescales.ai(hereinafter the «Website»), by checking the corresponding box on the Website or otherwise explicitly expressing consent, in accordance with Part 1 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ «On Advertising» dated 13.03.2006 and Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» dated 27.07.2006, freely, of my own will, and in my own interest, give my consent to the Individual Entrepreneur Ivan Sergeevich Mironov (TIN 613303468710, OGRNIP 323265100106282, address: Russia, Sochi; hereinafter the «Operator») to receive advertising and informational messages on the terms set out below.
1. Types of Messages to the Receipt of Which Consent Is Given
- advertising messages about goods, works, and services of the Operator and its partners;
- informational messages about new products, services, promotions, special offers, events, discounts, and changes in the Operator's operations;
- educational and expert materials, newsletters, digests, articles;
- invitations to webinars, events, consultations;
- personalized offers based on my interests and history of interaction with the Operator.
2. Communication Channels
I give my consent to receive the specified messages through the following channels:
- email (e-mail);
- SMS messages to the specified phone number;
- messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp, and others);
- push notifications;
- voice calls (subject to my consent expressed in the manner established by law).
3. List of Personal Data Processed for Mailing Purposes
- surname, first name, patronymic;
- contact phone number;
- email address;
- name of the organization and position (if provided);
- information about my history of interaction with the Operator (visited pages, opened emails, link clicks, previously expressed interest in services) — for personalization of messages.
4. Purposes of Data Processing
- sending of advertising and informational messages in accordance with Section 1 of this Consent;
- analysis of mailing effectiveness (open rate, click-through rate, conversion);
- audience segmentation and content personalization;
- maintaining a database of mailing recipients.
5. Transfer of Data to Third Parties
I give my consent to the transfer of my personal data, to the extent necessary for mailing purposes, to the following categories of processors:
- email mailing services (Unisender, SendPulse, DashaMail, MindBox, or other similar ones when connected);
- SMS mailing services;
- messenger mailing services;
- the amoCRM CRM system;
- mailing analytics systems.
6. Validity Period of the Consent
This consent is valid from the moment it is given until it is withdrawn.
7. Right to Opt Out of Mailings
I have the right at any time to opt out of receiving advertising messages by one of the following methods:
- follow the «Unsubscribe» link in any received email;
- send a reply message with the word «СТОП», «STOP», or «Unsubscribe» in response to an SMS or a message in a messenger;
- send a written request to withdraw consent to the Operator's email address: rescales.ai@gmail.com;
- contact the Operator via Telegram or WhatsApp.
The Operator undertakes to cease sending advertising messages within 3 (three) business days from the moment of receiving the opt-out.
8. Withdrawal of Consent
I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a written request to the Operator's email address: rescales.ai@gmail.com. Withdrawal of this Consent does not entail the cessation of processing of my personal data for other purposes for which I have given consent separately (in particular, within the framework of the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data at https://rescales.ai/consent).
9. Confirmation of Acquaintance
I confirm that:
- I have familiarized myself with the Personal Data Processing Policy located at https://rescales.ai/privacy;
- I give this consent voluntarily, being aware of the nature and consequences of my actions;
- I understand that this consent is an independent document and is not a mandatory condition for receiving any services of the Operator.
