Personal Data Processing Policy
1. General Provisions
This Policy defines the procedure for processing and protecting personal data on the website https://rescales.ai(hereinafter the «Website»). The Policy has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ «On Personal Data» dated 27.07.2006 (as in force).
This Policy applies to the personal data of visitors and users of the Website. It does not govern the processing of personal data of the Operator's employees or job applicants — such data is processed separately and is unrelated to data submitted through the Website.

3. Categories of Data Subjects
- visitors and users of the Website who submit a request or inquiry;
- potential and existing clients of the Operator;
- persons subscribed to informational and advertising mailings (subject to separate consent).
4. Purposes of Processing
- processing of requests and inquiries submitted through the Website;
- communication with the user, consultations, and offers of the Operator's services;
- preparation, conclusion, and performance of service contracts;
- acceptance of online payments for services (on pages where payment is available);
- sending of informational and advertising materials (subject to separate consent);
- analytics and improvement of the Website;
- compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
- the data subject's consent to the processing of personal data (cl. 1, part 1, art. 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ), given when submitting a form on the Website;
- performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party (cl. 5, part 1, art. 6);
- for advertising mailings — separate consent in accordance with art. 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ «On Advertising»;
- fulfillment of obligations imposed on the Operator by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
6. Personal Data Collected
- surname, first name (name / how to address you);
- contact phone number or messenger handle;
- email address (if provided);
- name of the organization and position (if provided);
- content of the inquiry, comment, description of the task;
- technical data transmitted automatically: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, information about visited pages and referral sources, identifiers of cookies and user sessions.
The Operator does not request special categories of personal data, nor passport details, SNILS, or bank details through the Website.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Website uses cookies for the operation of forms, navigation, and — with your consent — for analytics. Optional (analytics and marketing) cookies are not set until consent is given via the cookie banner. For details, see the Cookie Policy.
8. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties
To achieve the purposes of processing, the Operator entrusts the processing of personal data to the following processors to the extent necessary to provide the services. All of the listed processors carry out processing on servers located within the Russian Federation:
- the amoCRM CRM system — recording inquiries and managing work with clients;
- the hosting provider TIMEWEB — technical support of the Website and data storage;
- the online consultant widget provider Twin — processing inquiries via the widget (when used);
- the Yandex Metrica web analytics system — analyzing use of the Website (subject to cookie consent);
- a payment service (for online payment of services) — processing payments;
- the Yandex Direct and VK Advertising systems — when connected and subject to consent.
Transfer of personal data to other third parties is carried out only in the cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, or with the consent of the data subject.
9. Data Storage Location. Cross-Border Transfer
Recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, and extraction of the personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are carried out using databases located within the Russian Federation (part 5, art. 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ).
No cross-border transfer of personal data is carried out. Personal data is not transferred to or stored outside the Russian Federation.
10. Storage Periods and Destruction of Personal Data
Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, or until the subject withdraws consent. Upon achievement of the purposes of processing or withdrawal of consent, personal data is destroyed within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) days, except in cases where processing must be continued by virtue of the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
11. Subject's Rights and Withdrawal of Consent
You have the right at any time to access your personal data, to request its clarification, blocking, or deletion, and to withdraw your consent to processing. To do so, send a request to the Operator's email address: rescales.ai@yandex.ru. Upon receipt of the withdrawal, the Operator ceases processing and destroys the data within the period specified in Section 10. You also have the right to appeal the Operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.
12. Protection of Personal Data
The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, and distribution.
13. Amendments to the Policy
The Operator has the right to make amendments to this Policy. The current version is always available at https://rescales.ai/privacy.
